"Description": "An R interface to the 'Open Data API' of the Tribunal de\nContas do Estado de Pernambuco (TCE-PE), the Court of Accounts\nof the State of Pernambuco, Brazil. Provides tidy, ready-to-use\nfunctions to query public data on revenues, expenditures,\ncommitments, procurement, contracts, agreements, public works,\nlegal processes, personnel and reference tables for all state\nand municipal government entities in Pernambuco. All results\nare returned as tibbles with column names converted to\n'snake_case' by default. Uses 'httr2' for HTTP requests and\n'cli' for user-friendly messages. See\n for the API\ndocumentation.",
